The Green Fairy’s Secret Garden

Do you know how absinthe is made? What plants are used? What properties they have?

Explore our garden surrounding a fully refurbished wooden building typical of the region (chalot), find out about the plants used in absinthe, and uncover the mystery of this legendary aperitif.
In the Green Fairy’s Secret Garden, you can explore these plants, admire their foliage, and breathe in their scents

You can also take a look at our chalot where we dry the absinthe harvested each summer, our bug hotel, and other decorative features that are sure to brighten up your visit.

* a chalot is a type of small wooden building typical of the Southern Vosges. In years gone by, farmers used them as storage for crops and valuables away from the farm, protected from fire and rodents.
