A family-run craft business

Until 1985, the distillery was between four generations of Devoille family son-in-laws. The Miscault family has held the reins of the Distillerie Paul Devoille since 1985. A second generation of Miscaults is now at the helm after Hugues took over from René.

100% of the company’s registered capital is held by the family. The Distillerie Paul Devoille is the last independent distillery in Fougerolles.

The men and women who work here side-by-side every day offer a diverse range of skills – from the cellar master, distiller, bottling supervisor and storemen to the accountant, sales representatives and sales assistants.
